Roger,
I wanted to thank you for bringing the true news to light. I enjoy your show
and listen while at work and on my commute from Rancho Bernardo to
Oceanside. My wife, however, is unable to listen at work.
We watch the news on TV every morning. There are many many times, that when
they give their segments regarding anything political, I look over at my
wife and the look on her face is like her BS meter is going off. She can
tell they're not giving the whole truth, but isn't quite sure what they are
leaving out.
This is where you come in.
I love being able to come home and tell her what is REALLY happening in the
news.
The most recent example is the lady who is camped outside President Bush's
house. We have heard that story on the news many times. I am a former Marine
and my wife is a Navy brat. We were both a little sympathetic to this women.
We felt a little bad for her, and a little sad.
When I told my wife what you had said on your show about her already having
been to the Whitehouse, my wife's BS meter went off again!
